Dental Sales Representative – Oral Healthcare

Territory: Wales / West Midlands

Are you a driven sales professional looking to develop your career within healthcare and oral health?

We are seeking Dental Sales Representatives to build strong relationships with Dentists, Hygienists and Therapists across a designated territory. You'll educate customers on oral healthcare solutions, deliver engaging presentations, and support business growth through effective account management and customer engagement.

What you will be responsible for

• Managing and growing relationships with dental practices and key stakeholders.
• Delivering face-to-face customer visits, presentations and lunch-and-learn sessions.
• Educating healthcare professionals on oral healthcare solutions and evidence-based practices.
• Identifying business opportunities and executing territory growth plans.
• Gathering customer and market insights to support commercial success.
• Maintaining accurate CRM records and activity planning.

What we are looking for

• Sales, account management or business development experience.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
• Confident presenter with a customer-focused approach.
• Highly organised with excellent territory management skills.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Healthcare, pharmaceutical, dental or medical device experience is desirable.
