This is a unique opportunity to influence the development trajectory of the hematology franchise at GSK Poland. The Hematology Support Specialist will be a office-based member of the growing commercial hematology team and will ensure operational excellence of the Patient Support Program (PSP), delivering meaningful value to patients, HCPs and GSK during the product launch and beyond.
Lead operational delivery of the PSP and coordinate activities across internal and external stakeholders.
Develop and co-create educational and communication materials for the PSP.
Coordinate agreements and sponsorships for GSK participation in medical conferences and support event planning and execution.
Manage vendors and external partners (agencies, conference organisers, media suppliers, educator teams): define/monitor SLAs and KPIs, oversee monthly reporting and performance frameworks.
Liaise with internal stakeholders (Legal, Compliance, Commercial Oversight, Medical) to ensure compliant and aligned execution.
Coordinate PSP budget orders and support budget tracking and control.
Plan and manage logistics for educational events (online and face-to-face).
Project management: create plans, schedules, analyses and summaries; run team meetings and track status using dashboards and metrics.
Support PAG projects, speaker programmes and other stakeholder initiatives as required.
Bachelor’s degree required; preferred fields: life sciences or business.
Minimum 1 year of office/administrative experience; experience in the pharmaceutical industry is preferred.
Experience with patient support programs in oncology/hematology is an advantage.
Fluent Polish and high level of English.
Strong MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Project) and experience with Veeva.
Excellent communication skills with diverse stakeholders (internal teams, HCPs, vendors, patient groups).
Outstanding organisational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Proactive, resilient and able to work independently while contributing effectively as a team member.
Project management orientation with experience using dashboards and metrics to track progress.
Budget management skills and attention to financial controls.
Curiosity and fast learning of new concepts and technical tools.

The annual base salary in Poland for new hires in this position ranges from PLN 163,350 to PLN 272,250 gross, taking into account a number of factors including the candidate’s skills, experience, education level and the market rate for the role. Depending on the role and internal policies, the position may also be eligible for a bonus (if applicable and based on defined, non-discretionary criteria) and/or awards for exceptional performance (granted at the employer’s discretion). All statutory benefits will be maintained in accordance with Polish law. Other benefits may also be offered, which may include private healthcare, additional paid days off, life insurance, private pension plan and fully paid parental leave & care of family member leave.
