Job Experience

• 従業員関係・労使関係案件（ハラスメント、差別、報復、懲戒、パフォーマンス改善等）の対応経験、またはそれに準じる人事・労務実務経験

Skill / Knowledge

• 日本の労働法および労務慣行に関する基礎的〜実務レベルの知識（労働時間管理、ハラスメント、防止施策、懲戒・就業規則など）
• 機密性の高い情報を慎重かつ適切に扱う姿勢と高い倫理観

Competency

• 従業員・マネジャーの双方の視点を踏まえて、公平・中立な立場で状況を整理し、判断・助言ができる能力

• 対話・ヒアリング・調整を通じて、センシティブなテーマについても信頼関係を構築できるコミュニケーション力
• ステークホルダー（HRBP、法務、コンプライアンス、ビジネスリーダー等）と連携しながら、複数案件を並行して推進できるプロジェクトマネジメント力

Education

• 学士以上（学部・学科は問わない）

Job Experience

• グローバル企業または多国籍環境での人事・労務／Employee & Labor Relationsの実務経験
• ハラスメント調査やVoice Your Concern等の内部通報案件の調査・報告書作成の経験
• 組合／従業員代表／ワークスカウンシル等との労使協議や、労使協定・就業規則等の見直しに関わった経験

Skill / Knowledge

• 難しいメッセージ（厳しいフィードバック、是正措置、調査結果など）も、相手へのリスペクトを持って伝えられるコミュニケーション力
• データや事例に基づいて、マネジャーやビジネスリーダーに対し、リスクと選択肢を分かりやすく説明し、意思決定をサポートできるスキル

Competency

• 難しいメッセージ（厳しいフィードバック、是正措置、調査結果など）も、相手へのリスペクトを持って伝えられるコミュニケーション力
• 変化の多い環境の中でも、複数案件を優先順位付けしながら、スピード感と正確性を両立できるワークスタイル
