Citibank, N.A. seeks an IT Business Unit Senior Lead Analyst for its Irving, Texas location.

Duties: Analyze and coordinate the schedule, timeline, procurement, staffing and budget of the Customer Product Platforms and Engineering function on a per project basis across business management areas, including finance, safety and soundness, employee engagement and resource management. Utilize Agile methodologies to streamline project execution and optimize resource allocation using Jira. Create internal communications and executive reports on financials, workforce, safety and soundness and project-level readiness for senior technology and business forums. Provide analysis utilizing internal financial reporting from Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW) and Tableau to request, track, report, and ensure correct staffing and capacity levels are adhered to from an employee and a third-party supplier perspective. Manage Voice of Employee (VOE) program using Teams, Confluence and Sharepoint for document management and workflow automation. Review VOE employee engagement survey results to create action plans to improve employee engagement. Create internal communications and prepare reports, metrics, and presentations. Coordinate technology team training upskilling through specialized training programs, while ensuring compliance with mandatory and institutional training and risk appetite. Coordinate special initiatives and ad-hoc requests, including Return to Office, cost-saving initiatives, and diversity events. A telecommuting/hybrid work schedule may be permitted within a commutable distance from the worksite, in accordance with Citi policies and protocols.

Requirements: At least a Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field and 10 years of progressively responsible, post-baccalaureate experience as an IT Business Unit Senior Lead Analyst, IT Business Unit Group Manager, IT Business Unit Lead Analyst, Operations Senior Accounting Analyst, HR Operations Intermediate Analyst, Operations Accounting Senior Supervisor, or related position involving project management for the banking industry. 10 years of experience must include: Resource Management; Employee Engagement programs; Sharepoint; Financial reporting; 1 year of experience must include: IT Project Management; Vendor Management; Leading technical trainings; Enterprise Data Warehouse and Tableau; Jira; Agile methodologies; Confluence.
