What Product and Solutions Marketing contributes to Cardinal Health
Product & Solutions Marketing is responsible for defining the product/service and market strategy and life cycle management including customer need identification, market research, product or service offering, pricing, positioning, promotion, branding and distribution to drive customer loyalty, sales growth and improved profitability.
Job Summary
The Global Product Manager is an upstream marketing leader for our Facial Protection portfolio, which includes procedure and surgical masks, shields, and eyewear. This role will be critical in shaping the strategy, performance, and long-term direction of the portfolio, identifying opportunities for innovation and driving continued growth in a dynamic market. Success will require strong cross-functional collaboration and the ability to build effective relationships across key business functions.
Responsibilities
Own and manage the Facial Protection portfolio, including:
o Driving ongoing business performance and full product lifecycle management
o Identifying and executing growth and expansion opportunities
o Leveraging market intelligence to inform strategy and portfolio evolution
Lead cross‑functional collaboration to ensure aligned planning and execution across commercial, manufacturing, supply chain, regulatory, quality, medical affairs, and R&D teams.
Develop and refine portfolio strategy, including positioning, segmentation, and long‑term roadmap planning.
Monitor market trends, customer insights, and competitive dynamics to identify innovation opportunities and unmet needs.
Partner with manufacturing, supply chain and operations to strengthen supply resilience, optimize service levels, and support continuity of supply.
Support U.S. downstream marketing with product expertise, launch readiness, messaging, and strategic guidance.
Drive business performance through KPI tracking, financial analysis, and data‑driven decision‑making.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and quality standards across the product lifecycle.
Qualifications
Anticipated salary range: $80,900 - $103,950
