Could that be you?

Your Mission
As an Insurance Go-to-Market Associate, you will transform industry insights into high-impact assets and programs that drive success in the insurance and financial industry. Reporting to the Insurance Industry Practice Leader, you'll craft clear narratives for P&C, Life, and Operational Agentic AI transformation functions within our insurance portfolio. Your work will help our teams and clients navigate this complex space while shaping the next wave of AI and Agentic workloads in a highly regulated landscape.

What you'll do at UiPath

  • Be a part of a market-leading AI company transforming financial services

  • Create and maintain industry narratives and sales-ready assets including one-pagers, talk tracks, and discovery guides tailored to commercial buyers

  • Develop light value framing with problem statements, outcomes, and ROI angles specific to mid-market decision criteria

  • Package and deliver how-to-sell kits by use case, running enablement sessions for internal teams and tracking asset adoption

  • Build partner messaging kits for priority GSIs/SIs/ISVs with aligned value propositions and example architectures

  • Gather voice-of-customer inputs to inform Vertical packaging and prioritization while supporting product launches

  • Join discovery and qualification calls to capture customer objectives and align teams on demo storyboards

  • Maintain content hygiene with version control and build lightweight dashboards for tracking asset usage and enablement reach

What you'll bring to the team
Required Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in Insurance, B2B software, consulting, product marketing, or sales enablement (Insurance exposure strongly preferred)

  • Solid understanding of Insurance workflows and strong written/verbal communication skills

  • Comfort with AI & automation concepts and ability to translate technical ideas into business value

  • Proven project management skills with ability to juggle multiple deliverables and meet deadlines

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

  • Excitement to be involved with a generational technology and how it can change the insurance industry

  • This is a remote position. We encourage applicants from across the US and Canada

Nice-to-Have Skills

  • Experience creating sales enablement content such as battlecards and discovery guides

  • Familiarity with Salesforce and content hubs like Highspot

  • Exposure to partner ecosystems and co-marketing/co-sell motions

Maybe you don’t tick all the boxes above—but still think you’d be great for the job? Go ahead, apply anyway. Please. Because we know that experience comes in all shapes and sizes—and passion can’t be learned.
