Job Title: Channel Manager - Eastern Europe

Position Overview:

At Epredia we are looking for an experienced Channel Manager to drive sales and develop the Anatomical Pathology business via channel partners in the Eastern European countries. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, developing, and expanding relationships with distributors. Do you have previous commercial Channel Management experience? What you will do:

  • Identify and develop growth opportunities within our channel partners to maximize our share of wallet with the channel partner
  • Own legal contracts/distribution agreements with channel partners and key accounts
  • Define and execute channel strategy incl. optimization of go-to-market strategy
  • Cultivate strong relationships and develop growth plans and initiatives to ensure partner satisfaction.
  • Manage communication between Epredia and channel partners as “communication hub” within the organization
  • Develop business growth plans and initiatives through the channel partners, ensuring alignment across the various Epredia business functions; execute plans and initiatives by working closely with the Channel Partner commercial team and establishing monitoring systems to track success

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s Degree, MBA desired
  • Expertise in the healthcare, diagnostics or medical capital products industry is required
  • Previous commercial Channel Management experience is required - preferably within pathology segment
  • Proficiency at negotiating and closing business across geographies
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills as well as proven presentation and communication skills are required
  • Willingness for national/international business travel (approx. 75% of time)
