Who We're Looking for:

We are seeking a dedicated Project Manager to oversee and streamline our legal and contractual operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for purchase order creation and management, and for liaising with multiple parties to ensure project success. This role requires strong project management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

 

What You'll Do:

  • Submission of Field Marketing PO requests in MaSH (Microsoft system)
  • Management of new requests, amendments or change orders
  • Validation of contracts to inform PO submission
  • Coordinate with Marketing teams, internal and external stakeholders to ensure all parties are on track with project requirements, deadlines, and schedules
  • Prepare and present reports on the progress and success of projects/tasks
  • Optimize and improve processes and the overall approach where necessary1
  • Ensure legal compliance throughout all project operations.
  • Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and suppliers as needed.
  • Maintain a detailed understanding of the legal landscape, including developments that could affect or improve project delivery.

 

What You’ll Need:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, law or related field
  • Proven experience in Marketing/Legal/Organizational Development within fast-paced, evolving environments
  • Experience with purchase order creation and management
  • Familiarity with contract management and legal compliance
  • Ability to liaise effectively with multiple parties to achieve project success
  • Proven experience in project management, preferably in a legal or contractual environment
  • Strong understanding of legal processes and procedures - I would keep this one as it sounds accurate to the type of profile we're looking for
  • Goal oriented, collaborative, and detail-focused, with exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fast learner with the ability to learn work under pressure, multitask and meet tight deadlines
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools
  • Strong collaboration/team player skills with talent to establish working relations with culturally diverse internal and external senior partners
  • Strong proficiency in English
