Position Summary

Representing WW Partner Programs, the Channel Programs Coordinator will be responsible for the coordination of various aspects that affect F5 global partners and the global partner sales teams. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our partners and be a channel expert to various stakeholders, including Enablement, Finance, Marketing and Sales Operations, and provide support as needed to drive the productivity of WW partner programs. 

Primary Responsibilities

  • Responsible for upholding F5’s Business Code of Ethics and for promptly reporting violations of the Code or other company policies.
  • Manage various email inboxes for Channel team
    • Own the Partners inbox, and AmerPartners for Channel, communicating daily
    • Serve as first point of contact for partners and internal team inquiries
  • Management and administration of StrongBox Program
    • Troubleshoot access issues
    • Oversee Strongbox email alias and assign licenses to various global partners and ensure we only grant access to those who meet the program’s requirements
    • Manage the users/accounts who are security risk
  • Oversee various tasks to improve channel program efficiencies
    • Distribute Letters of Authorization and other partner verifications, as needed
    • Assist with Partner Central contact setup
    • Assist with ad-hoc channel projects, and admin work, as needed
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

  • High level of communication skills both verbal and written
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Strong project management skills

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 3+ years prior related work experience
  • Experience successfully working cross functionally with sales and other teams
  • Experience with SFDC or PRM or other sales tools preferred, but not required
  • Previous work in a high-tech environment or channel sales is highly desirable

Physical Demands and Work Environment

  • Duties are performed in a normal office environment while sitting at a desk or computer table. 
  • Duties require the ability to utilize a computer, communicate over the telephone, and read printed material.
  • Job may be performed on-site at a customer facility or data center, or in an office environment sitting at a desk or computer table.
