Summary: As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. You will be responsible for overseeing the entire application development process and ensuring its successful implementation. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams and providing technical guidance and support. This is an exciting opportunity to showcase your leadership skills and contribute to the development of innovative applications. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be a SME with deep knowledge and experience. - Should have Influencing and Advisory skills. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Lead the design, development, and implementation of applications. - Act as the primary point of contact for all application-related matters. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and understand business needs. - Provide technical guidance and support to the development team. - Ensure the successful delivery of applications within the specified timeline and budget. - Identify and resolve any issues or challenges that arise during the application development process. - Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to drive innovation. - Conduct regular meetings and status updates to keep stakeholders informed. - Mentor and coach junior team members to enhance their skills and capabilities. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP ABAP Development for HANA. - Strong understanding of SAP ABAP Development for HANA. - Experience in designing and implementing SAP ABAP solutions. - Knowledge of SAP HANA database and its integration with ABAP. - Experience in performance tuning and optimization of ABAP programs. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP Fiori development. - Experience in developing and integrating SAP UI5 applications. - Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA and its technical architecture. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 15 years of experience in SAP ABAP Development for HANA. - This position is based at our Hyderabad office. - A 15 years full-time education is required.
