Join Our Team as a Printers & Other Hardware Specialist!

We are seeking a Printers & Other Hardware Specialist to join our customer service team and provide exceptional technical support to our clients.

Position Overview

As a Printers & Other Hardware Specialist at SpotOn, you will play a pivotal role in assisting clients with technical issues related to printers and other hardware. You will diagnose and resolve technical problems efficiently, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Diagnose, manage, and resolve technical issues with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Provide outstanding customer service through effective verbal and written communication.
  • Resolve challenging, high-stress situations with a solutions-oriented mindset.
  • Stay updated on SpotOn products, services, and technological advancements to offer top-tier support.
  • Maintain accurate and organized documentation of customer interactions and technical solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer experience and resolve complex issues.

Requirements

Skills & Experience:

  • Language Proficiency: Advanced English (C1 level).
  • Technical Support Experience: 1–3 years in a customer service or tech support role, with a focus on hardware troubleshooting.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities to effectively assist both technical and non-technical users.
  • Problem-Solving: Analytical and critical thinking skills to resolve technical challenges.
  • Customer Focus: Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.

Education:

  • Minimum: High school diploma or equivalent.

Additional Qualifications:

  • Proven technical expertise in hardware and software troubleshooting.
  • Adaptability to evolving technologies and customer needs.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and in a team-oriented environment.

    • Base Salary: $18,250.00 MXN
    • Performance Bonus: $3,660.00 MXN
