EMBA Assistant

Job Purpose:

We're looking to fill an Operator or Assistant position on our EMBA Flexo Folder Gluer. This machine is key to our production of printed, folded, and glued corrugated boxes. Whether you're experienced or looking to build a career in the corrugated industry, we want to hear from you.

Job Responsibilities:

Additional Responsibilities & Qualifications:

• Operate or assist on the EMBA Flexo Folder Gluer
• Perform machine setups and ink changes as needed
• Monitor print quality, box folds, glue application, and stacking
• Follow job specifications and complete quality checks
• Keep work area clean and report any mechanical or quality issues
• Work closely with the machine crew to meet shift goals
• Follow all applicable Safe Operating Procedures and Safety rules.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED
• Prior experience in corrugated manufacturing preferred
• Ability to read tape measures and production specs
• Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs, bend, reach, and stand for long periods
• Willingness to work assigned shift, overtime, and weekends as needed
• Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
• Must follow safety procedures and wear required PPE
