Job Responsibilities:

• Organize and deliver all internal and external mails by delivery route

• Perform X-ray security checks on all deliveries before distributing them to Board Members and senior executives

• Ensure all internal and external mail delivery and pick up in a timely basis

Job Requirements:

• At least 1 year experience in the Hotel industry

• Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel or similar administrative software

• Must be able to work various shifts

• Possesses both Motorcycle and Private Car driving license
