ROLE SUMMARY

As a Manager, Digital Product Analyst you will work under the direction of the Enterprise Product Management leadership with products impacting the HCP experience. You will collaborate the Product Managers and agile product teams to develop, update, and realize a product vision for technologies used by thousands of HCPs and staff globally. As part of the HCP product team, you will be responsible for guiding the Product Owners to improve the quality and reliability of our entire suite of analytics, resulting in enhanced data accuracy and actionable insights. As a Product Analyst you will work directly with the data and analytics team to support solution design, resulting in a robust and scalable analytics infrastructure. You will be responsible for gathering the reporting requirements for the PfizerPro Objectives and Key Results for the Product team, and the creation of OKR dashboards enabling data-driven evaluation and alignment of our product strategy with business goals. As a Product Analyst you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing reporting mechanisms used in quarterly business review sessions, providing valuable insights and facilitating informed decision-making at the executive level.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

In collaboration with the HCP Product Managers, this role will:

  • Guide the Product Owners with minimal supervision from Product Managers, in all aspects of analytics work, including more complex and/or strategic reports
  • Work closely with PfizerPro Business Owner to understand commercial goals and reporting requirements to support strategic discussions
  • Analyze HCP omnichannel engagement metrics to support ongoing discussions with senior stakeholders
  • Communicate findings, recommendations, and concerns to senior stakeholders
  • Document analytical requirements and create compelling dashboards for general PfizerPro metrics, complex feature-level metrics, data-driven funnels, and OKR dashboards

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in business, technology, or a related field
  • 5+ years of relevant experience as an information technology professional in roles such of data analyst or business analyst
  • Strong experience working with reporting suites such as Adobe Analytics and PowerBI
  • Experience working in an Agile development framework
  • A curious and highly motivated self-starter who can work effectively across cross-functional teams and can independently drive progress toward completion with proper planning and management
  • Experience using standard requirements business analysis techniques, including brainstorming, interviewing, requirements sessions, activity diagrams and use cases desired
  • Passion for creating user-centric digital and interactive experiences
  • Excellent in an ambiguous environment; can ask clarifying questions to help reduce ambiguity
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Education in Life Science-related field of study
  • Good understanding of Pfizer's Business Technology organization and Pfizer’s Research & Development organization
  • Strong analytics skills and knowledge about the biopharmaceutical industry
