We’re seeking a visionary Consumer Public Relations Senior Manager to architect and activate bold, resonant communications across Vanguard’s retail and advice business. This is more than a leadership role—it’s a chance to be the strategic force behind how Vanguard shows up in the world.

• Mentor and mobilize a high-performing team of communication consultants, setting the bar for excellence and innovation.
• Partner with senior leaders to craft forward-looking narratives that align with business goals and elevate our brand.
• Navigate the unexpected, overseeing governance and crisis communications with clarity and confidence.
• Influence the influencers, cultivating relationships with key media and thought leaders while staying ahead of industry trends.

Qualifications

• Minimum of eight years related work experience, with at least three years of industry experience.
• Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience. Public Relations degree preferred. Graduate degree preferred.
