We are looking for an exceptional Senior OTC Operations Manager to join our growing OTC team. In this role, you will report directly to the Head of OTC. You will play a critical role in scaling our desk, refining processes, and supporting operational excellence. This position is not client-facing but works closely with sales, compliance, and liquidity providers.
What You’ll Do:
● Trade Operations: Manage trade batching, settlement processes, and trade input to ensure smooth operational execution.
● Liquidity Collaboration: Work closely with liquidity providers to streamline trade workflows and optimize settlement.
● Institutional Onboarding: Lead the onboarding of our trading desk to institutional liquidity providers, requiring a deep understanding of our documentation and complex corporate structures.
● Onboarding Support: Assist in onboarding businesses and high-net-worth individuals, ensuring a seamless operational experience.
● Process Improvement: Help refine and develop processes, procedures, and policies to scale operations efficiently and compliantly.
● Reconciliation & Analysis: Oversee daily reconciliation, trade entry, and reporting to ensure operational accuracy and integrity.
● Technology Management: Utilize tools like Google Sheets, Excel, and platforms such as Fireblocks to manage transactions, approvals, and blockchain settlements effectively.
● Flexibility: Be willing to monitor and oversee settlements around the clock, including occasional evening and weekend work.

Qualifications:
● Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar or related role, ideally in financial services, crypto, or trading operations.
University degree is required.
● Experience in trade operations, settlement processes, or similar roles in financial services or crypto.
● Familiarity with blockchain settlement, compliance policies, and liquidity management.
● Proven ability to manage complex processes with precision and efficiency.
● Strong written and verbal communication skills.
● Availability to work in our downtown Toronto office at least 3 days per week.
