How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Design molds, tools, and fixtures for manufacturing processes

  • Develop and maintain equipment inspection and reliability schedules

  • Create work instructions to guide assembly teams

  • Analyze project specs and plan fabrication, assembly, and testing

  • Conduct performance and stress tests on machines and components

  • Monitor and inspect mechanical equipment for quality assurance

  • Collaborate with design engineers during product testing

  • Evaluate tool designs for accuracy and functionality

Your Background

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in manufacturing, electrical, or industrial environments

  • Strong understanding of mechanical systems and testing procedures

  • Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications

  • Skilled in using measurement tools and engineering software

  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
