How You’ll Make an Impact
Design molds, tools, and fixtures for manufacturing processes
Develop and maintain equipment inspection and reliability schedules
Create work instructions to guide assembly teams
Analyze project specs and plan fabrication, assembly, and testing
Conduct performance and stress tests on machines and components
Monitor and inspect mechanical equipment for quality assurance
Collaborate with design engineers during product testing
Evaluate tool designs for accuracy and functionality
Your Background
Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field
Minimum 1 year of experience in manufacturing, electrical, or industrial environments
Strong understanding of mechanical systems and testing procedures
Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications
Skilled in using measurement tools and engineering software
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
