Job Title:   Application Support Engineer Internship

Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and curious individual to join our technology foundation team as an intern. In this hybrid role, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of our technology operations, including application support, data support, and infrastructure cloud exposure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide application support: Assist and gain exposure in the monitoring, troubleshooting, and maintenance of our core business applications.
• Offer data support: Participate in data management tasks, such as data extraction, transformation, and analysis.
• Explore infrastructure cloud exposure: Gain experience in cloud-based infrastructure management, including deployment, configuration, and monitoring.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Work closely with our IT, development, and operations teams to understand the end-to-end technology landscape.
• Contribute to continuous improvement: Identify and suggest areas for process optimization and system enhancements.
• Participate in training and development: Engage in learning opportunities to expand your technical knowledge and skills.
• Participate in InternConnect learning sessions

Qualifications and Skills:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Familiarity with basic programming concepts and scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash, Java, SQL ).
• Exposure to cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) is preferred.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment, with both remote and on-site components.
• Enthusiasm for learning and a willingness to take on new challenges.
