Within the Culture & People Experience department, your main mission will be to support and manage projects and initiatives aimed at guaranteeing the best employee experience, engagement, the attractiveness of our brand to future candidates, and strengthening the sense of belonging to L-Acoustics. In short, to animate our ONE L-ACOUSTICS MINDSET! 

 

As a Project Manager, you will be involved in a variety of international projects and missions, including: 

  • Employer Brand Strategy: Create an internal and external employer brand strategy, ensure its operational implementation, and success. 

  • Group Values: Create and deploy the Group's values (communication, visual identity, associated events, etc.) and ensure/coordinate the embodiment of these values and culture in all operational processes (internal and external). 

  • Workplace Strategies: Implement new workplace strategies and initiatives (location, work environments and experiences, new offices, etc.). 

  • Employee Engagement and Listening Campaigns: Support employee engagement and listening campaigns and adapt/co-define associated HR strategies. 

  • D&I and HR CSR Policy: Create and animate our Group D&I policy and coordinate the People RSE HR strategy and associated actions. 

  • Group Transformation Projects: Drive change in the context of Group transformation projects (opening new sites and factories, implementing new work methods, cooperation tools, teleworking policy, etc.). 

 

Collaboration and Work Environment 

You will work transversally with various functions within our Group, such as the Industry, IT and Digital, R&D teams, and many others. You will operate at different levels: within the headquarters teams, across our various sites and headquarters, nationally and internationally, with a wide range of stakeholders from our employees to COMEX members. 

Experience, Skills and Educational Background

  • Ideally 3 to 6 years in consulting, with experience on projects related to HR challenges, attractiveness, and culture.

  • Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously, with the ability to quickly switch from one project to another.

  • Strong affinity for project management and thriving in dynamic, transforming environments.

  • Fluent in French and English
