<title>Main Tasks and Responsibilities:</title>

- <point>Drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial agreements such as lease agreements, licensing agreements, cooperation agreements with partners, supplier agreements and terms and conditions; . streamline legal processes and ensure compliance as the company grows.</point>
- <point>Provide day-to-day legal support to Bolt in Northern EU, working closely with (Senior) Legal Counsels responsible for sub-regions for guidance as you attend to daily business inquiries.</point>
- <point>Manage requests from consumer, labour, tax, language, transportation, and other authorities, as well as all stages of pre-trial and court cases, with the assistance of external counsel when required.</point>
- <point>Handle a range of topics, including corporate and compliance, consumer and labour protection, administrative and competition law cases, public procurement, marketing, intellectual property, payment services and advertising.</point>
- <point>Drive change and development as business scales; pProvide legal advice to the product, engineering, sales, business development and country teams of Bolt in Northern EU in all phases of the product development, roll out and expansion within the region.</point>
- <point>Work closely with the other corporate and legal functions, supervise and coordinate external legal support, to ensure the right level of oversight that can protect and promote Bolt’s business.</point>

<title>About you:</title>

- <point>Qualified lawyer in one of the markets belonging to the Northern EU and either based in Tallinn or Vilnius.</point>
- <point>You have between 3 to 5 years of professional experience (excluding internships),
preferably at a law firm or an international company.</point>
- <point>Essential that you have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Lithuanian (must have).</point>
- <point>Earlier experience with employment matters, public tenders, administrative matters, T&C-s, general contract review and/or consumer protection..</point>
- <point>Independent, proactive, creative, business-minded and a consider-it-done attitude</point>
- <point>Bolt offers flexible remote working as a technology-based company, but there will be an expectation that the Legal Counsel attends offices for 3 days a week, while they are successfully onboarded with the team.</point>
