The Test Development Engineer will work closely with the new product development team for ADEF Hi-Rel Components. He/She is responsible for developing test solutions that will be used for characterization, qualification and manufacturing of Hi Rel Products. He/She will work closely with Product Eval, Marketing, QA, and Reliability team to ensure that the product specifications complies with Mil-Aero standards to meet the desired level of reliability and quality. The ideal candidate is a self-motivated individual and fast learner with strong technical, analytical and communication skills.

 

Key Qualifications
Solid background in electronics, circuit analysis and understanding of different product strategies such as ADCs, DACs, RF and/or Power Products
Experienced in Mixed Signal Automatic Tester and Bench Lab Equipment
Strong software programming skills (VB, C/C++ and/or LabView)
Proficient with Microsoft Office Software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and in particular performing statistical data analysis using Excel or other data tools
Knowledge of mixed signal PCB design and associated CAD/Simulation tools such as Cadence Allegro or OrCAD
Strong organizational skills and the ability to work to aggressive schedules
Education
BS  Degree in Electronics/Electrical Engineering. MS Degree is an advantage.
