In this role as IE Marketing Lead you will partner with IE MD and team and will be responsible for the IE business performance by creation and delivery of one cross category ‘country first’ plan. You will further be working with cross-functional and regional teams to support portfolio strategy that aligns with the category vision to drive sustainable brand growth and to deliver business objectives.

  • Ownership of cross-Category Country P&L and accountable for portfolio performance, financials & market-share delivery
  • Delivers Consumer and market centric vision and ensures that the MDLZ Category Growth Vision is translated into Customer Category growth Plans
  • Creates cross-Category Plan and develops & implements the Annual Plan (AC)
  • Delivers market-relevant Brand, Portfolio & Product innovation & renovation (leveraging MEU where applicable) as well as owning Equity and Activation for local brands
  • Decides with MD the resource allocation (A&C, Trade, Promo, OVH); makes early trade-offs to ensure priorities are executed with excellence

How you will contribute

Working with other internal stakeholders, you will support the brand portfolio strategy and priorities to enable consumer-centric brand portfolio growth. You will develop annual plans, setting objectives and allocating resources. In addition, you will offer recommendations for integrated commercial plans, develop and execute marketing plans that deliver on revenue and profit forecasts, and share objectives. Based on your deep consumer insights and brand positioning, you will develop and implement integrated marketing communications and 360 degree campaigns.
