Summary:
As a Cloud Platform Engineer, a typical day involves designing and constructing cloud-based application solutions that seamlessly integrate both cloud and traditional infrastructure components. The role includes testing and deploying these solutions to ensure they meet performance, security, and architectural standards. This position also involves creating proof of concept architectures to validate design feasibility and collaborating with various stakeholders to align infrastructure and platform environments with organizational goals. The engineer continuously monitors and refines deployments to optimize system reliability and efficiency in a dynamic cloud environment.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead the evaluation and implementation of new cloud technologies to enhance platform capabilities.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentorship within the team to support professional growth and project success.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure alignment of cloud infrastructure with business objectives.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Operations Management.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure deployment and management.
- Strong understanding of cloud security principles and best practices.
- Ability to design and validate architecture for performance and scalability.
- Familiarity with integration of cloud and on-premises systems.
- Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving complex platform issues.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in ServiceNow IT Operations Management.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
