What you'll do...

Marketing Strategy: Uses a variety of elements (storyboards, presentation decks) to develop product stories that support brands and key marketing initiatives for the sub-category. Understands category marketing strategy and how own sub-category connects to it. Provides recommendations to site merchandisers and category managers based on marketing expertise and performance in the sub-category. Recommends affiliate coupons and promotions for the sub-category.Research and Analysis: Performs moderately complex marketing analysis of sub-category KPIs, including brand and category deep dives, analysis of ad hoc initiatives or tests, keyword research, search query analysis, email marketing analysis and recurring sales reports. Analyzes top affiliate sites to understand affiliate landscape and determine sub-category competitiveness to make recommendations to category and site merchandising teams. Recommends changes to core analytics, marketing, category and site merchandising teams (e.g. enhanced reports or analytics, change in visual product presentation) based on research and analytics.Campaign Implementation and Management: Implements marketing campaigns for a sub-category. Manages digital marketing channels for a sub-category, including email marketing programs, Paid Search, PLA, Affiliate and Paid Social. Manages the routine operation of affiliate programs for a sub-category, including reconciling order inquiries, implementing banners, updating links, pulling reports and creating coupon codes.Collaboration: Collaborates with Marketing Managers and category team members (Category Management, Site Merchandising) to assist in the development of marketing programs for the sub-category. Works with creative, copy and other internal/external resources to develop content for paid campaigns for products within a sub-category.People Development: Coaches less experienced team members and provides feedback to enhance skills, knowledge and work performance. Mentors less experienced Media Partnerships Specialists. Coordinates, completes, and oversees job-related activities and assignments by developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders; supporting plans and initiatives to meet customer and business needs; identifying and communicating goals and objectives; building accountability for and measuring progress in achieving results; identifying and addressing improvement opportunities; and demonstrating adaptability and promoting continuous learning. Provides supervision and development opportunities for associates by hiring and training; mentoring; assigning duties; providing recognition; and ensuring diversity awareness. The annual salary range for this position is $70,000.00-$130,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
