Drive improvement, monitor and sustain process/SPC to ensure quality of products are meeting specifications.

Job Complexity

  • Use SPACE to monitor SPC charts; understand all PR rules and follow CAS correctly.
  • Organize SPC working team meetings, drive agenda, and update minutes.
  • Create and update SPC charts and properties (e.g., control limits) based on SPC request forms.
  • Maintain and run scripts for mass SPC control limit changes; perform audits on these changes.
  • Generate weekly and monthly SPC summary and ToolMatching reports; consolidate module feedback.
  • Support site customer visits and technology transfer pre-audits.
  • Create and maintain Excel VBA audit scripts for SPC reporting.
  • Perform 12-hour day shift duties to support SPC control limit changes and assigned tasks (e.g., report generation).
  • Follow SOPs for report generation, chart updates, and train technicians on new SOPs as needed.
  • Provide accurate pass-down of line issues and documentation (e.g., fill up end file checklists).

Position Specification:

Education:
Diploma in Electrical / Electronics / Mechanical / Mechatronics / Microelectronics / Chemical Process Engineering / Chemistry / Physics

Experience:
1–2 years in the electrical/electronics industry
