Summary:
Integration consultant role on o9 implementation projects, a typical day involves acting as a software detective by investigating and resolving issues across various components of essential business systems. This role requires a proactive approach to monitoring system performance, diagnosing problems, and ensuring smooth operation of critical applications. The position demands continuous engagement with multiple teams to maintain system stability and support business continuity through effective problem-solving and timely interventions.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Understand data model for designing various planning use cases
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand system dependencies and impact of issues.
- Document findings and resolutions to build a knowledge base for future reference.
- Assist in the development and implementation of process improvements to enhance system reliability.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance when needed.
- Review and analyze the data provided by customer along with its technical/functional intent and inter-dependencies
- Participate in the technical design, data requirements gathering, making recommendations in case of inaccurate or missing data
- Work on designing and creating batch schedules based on frequency and configuration settings.
- E2E integration implementation from partner system to o9 implementation project.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must Have Skills: Proficiency in O9 Data Integration.
- Experience with data mapping, transformation, and validation techniques related to data integration processes.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex integration issues within enterprise software environments.
- Familiarity with monitoring tools and diagnostic utilities to track system health and performance.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret system logs and identify root causes of application failures.
- Effective communication skills to liaise with technical teams and stakeholders for issue resolution.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in O9 Data Integration.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 year full time education is required.
