NGET Opportunity

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the project programme ensuring tasks are completed in line with agreed deadlines across both L&P and Geomatics.
  • Manage project commercial performance including forecasting, and reporting on billing performance aged debt and PO management.
  • Monitor and manage project WIP, fixed fees and addressing any billing delays, disputes and payment issues.
  • Lead the project team on Scope and Change management, ensuring that change control processes are followed.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, internal teams, and key stakeholders.
  • Monitor, analyse, and report against contractual Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery and contract performance across the NGET framework.
  • Escalate significant risks and issues appropriately, providing clear recommendations and recovery plans.
  • Capture lessons learnt across NGET projects ensuring these are shared with the wider team for continuous improvement.
  • Ensure that projects adhere to established DM standards for quality.
