Responsibilities:

Participation in the implementation of the HR strategy and contribution to strengthening the employer brand

Contribution to the development of HR processes and ensuring that policies and procedures are kept up to date

Providing full-cycle HR support throughout the employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding: managing recruitment and selection processes (with a focus on blue-collar roles), and handling employment-related administration, including hiring, changes, and terminations

Ensuring the accuracy and up-to-date maintenance of HR databases

Managing time-tracking and attendance in compliance with legal requirements

Preparing payroll-related data and supporting payroll and social security administration

Delivering HR reports, statistics, and analyses

Supporting employee development and engagement, and formulating improvement proposals

Organizing and administering training sessions and development programs

Providing HR support and acting as a point of contact for employees

Cooperating closely with various departments across the organization

Supporting internal communication and ensuring effective information flow

Building and maintaining relationships with external partners

Assisting in the organization of employee services and company events

Participation in HR projects and process improvements

Qualifications:

Degree in HR or a related field (BSc/MSc)

Relevant professional experience in HR

Proven ability to manage recruitment and selection processes effectively

Strong communication skills with the ability to interact with managers and employees at all levels

Proactive, open-minded personality with the ability to work independently in a structured, precise, and reliable manner, even under pressure

User-level knowledge of MS Office

Negotiation-level English is an advantage
