We are seeking an attorney to help advise the Anchor Labs family of businesses on new and existing products and services. Through legal research, keeping abreast of regulatory and policy developments, regulatory analysis and interpretation, and assisting with licensing applications, you will use your background in financial regulatory law and passion for the digital assets industry to help us better serve our institutional clients and advance the industry. 

As Regulatory Counsel, you will be an integral member of the legal team, providing strategic, actionable advice to the business lines to develop and launch new products, services, and features across the organization. You will identify relevant laws and regulations, advise on regulatory risk, in the areas of banking and financial services laws, securities laws, and nascent regulatory issues related to digital assets.
