Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME - Collaborate and manage the team to perform - Responsible for team decisions - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams - Ensure effective communication and collaboration with stakeholders - Identify and define detailed product requirements and use cases - Facilitate process redesign and advise on change aspects Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP S/4HANA for Product Compliance - Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP S/4HANA - Strong understanding of business process analysis and design - Experience in monitoring and providing feedback on process performance - Knowledge of product compliance requirements and regulations - Ability to collaborate with business users and stakeholders - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in SAP S/4HANA for Product Compliance - This position is based at our Hyderabad office - A Bachelors of Technology or Science is required
