Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Managing AirAsia MOVE end-to-end customer engagement initiatives for respective market.

  • Working closely with internal stakeholders to plan, launch and monitor multi-channel CRM campaigns, understand local market behaviour and past campaign learning.

  • Provide support to Manager / Senior Executive in day to day campaign optimization and reporting.

  • Execute CRM campaigns for various Lines of Business (LoBs), performance tracking, reporting, A/B testing and day-to- day optimization.

  • Identify trends, insights, and optimize campaign performance based on the insights gathered.

  • Proactively report all big successes, inconsistencies, under-performance or any other campaign-related metrics daily.

  • Create opportunities by staying current with new channels, software, and best practices.
     

Requirements

  • Minimum of 6 months to 2 years in CRM / digital marketing role.

  • Strong analytical, problem solving and time management skills.

  • Demonstrate previous experience in implementing, tracking, managing medium to large campaigns on CRM engagement platforms such as CleverTap, Emarsys, or MoEngage.

  • Demonstrate good knowledge in campaign optimization skills.

  • Able to generate comprehensive reports and insights on campaigns and present findings and actionable recommendations to stakeholders to optimize future initiatives.

  • Demonstrate good communication skills and possess the ability to converse well with others.
