What you will do -
As a Repair Specialist with Stryker ProCare, you will work with the in-bound operations of materials in the in-house service center. Additionally, you will:
- Establish partnership with team members and team lead on production floor to acquire materials
- Move materials to necessary functional spaces
- Maintain accurate record keeping for material movement using computer systems
- Assemble medical device components in accordance with approved manufacturing procedures
- Perform in-process quality checks on sub-assemblies and finished product in accordance with quality system procedures
- Report all equipment and process-related problems to area supervisor
- Maintain documentation related to quality, work-in-progress, test results, and labor
- Collaborate with quality team, engineers, and technicians to resolve issues and develop recommendations for improvement
What you need -
Required
- Ability to push/pull/lift/carry up to 50 pounds
- Ability to meet schedule and overtime requirements as needed
Preferred
- High school diploma or GED/equivalent
- Two or more years of experience in a related field, such as manufacturing, inventory, or quality
- Experience utilizing warehouse equipment, such as a pallet jack
- Experience utilizing Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel)
$26.11-32.87 per hour plus bonus eligible + benefits. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.
