What you will do -

As a Repair Specialist with Stryker ProCare, you will work with the in-bound operations of materials in the  in-house service center.  Additionally, you will:

  • Establish partnership with team members and team lead on production floor to acquire materials
  • Move materials to necessary functional spaces
  • Maintain accurate record keeping for material movement using computer systems
  • Assemble medical device components in accordance with approved manufacturing procedures
  • Perform in-process quality checks on sub-assemblies and finished product in accordance with quality system procedures  
  • Report all equipment and process-related problems to area supervisor
  • Maintain documentation related to quality, work-in-progress, test results, and labor
  • Collaborate with quality team, engineers, and technicians to resolve issues and develop recommendations for improvement

What you need -

Required

  • Ability to push/pull/lift/carry up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to meet schedule and overtime requirements as needed

Preferred

  • High school diploma or GED/equivalent
  • Two or more years of experience in a related field, such as manufacturing, inventory, or quality
  • Experience utilizing warehouse equipment, such as a pallet jack
  • Experience utilizing Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel)

$26.11-32.87 per hour plus bonus eligible + benefits. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.
