General Summary / 職務概要

日本アビオメッド株式会社は、主に米国Danversで製造している医療機器、IMPELLA制御装置及びIMPELLA ポンプカテーテル等を輸入販売し、販売後の医療機器の保守点検・修理も行っています。2017年7月から国内の病院へ制御装置の導入が開始され、2025年12月現在で276施設574台を導入しました。

今後も、さらなる台数の販売・導入及び制御装置のアップグレードを計画しており、またフィールドサービス業務の増加に伴い今回の募集となりました。本ポジションは、日本におけるフィールドサービスの統括に加え、APAC地域全体のフィールドサービス機能をリードするSenior Managerレベルのポジションとして、戦略立案から実行、組織マネージメントまで幅広い責任を担います。

Duties & Responsibilities / 職務および職責

• フィールドサービスのマネージメント（売上含む）
• 医療機器のメンテナンス（修理・点検）管理
• サービスコール対応管理
• 医療機器の納品設置作業管理、保守契約の商談
• 測定器類の校正・管理
• 部品の管理（在庫数管理、受発注、部品の入荷点検等）
• 米国本社（製造元）およびグローバルサービスチームとの英語による戦略的コミュニケーション
• APAC各国のビジネスリーダー、サービス責任者との連携・調整
• 日本およびAPACにおけるフィールドサービス組織のピープルマネジメント責任

Key Requirements (skills, competencies, experiences, certifications) / 必要要件（スキル、知識、経験、資格）

必須

• 医療機器の製造・開発、またはメンテナンス経験が5年以上ある方
• 海外製造元等との英語でのコミュニケーション能力
• 病院関係者、ドクターや臨床工学技士とのコミュニケーション能力
• 機械工学、電気・電子工学系知識（大学・大学院・短期大学・高等専門学校・専修学校既卒者）

• 医療機器の製造・開発、またはメンテナンス業務でのマネージメント経験者
• 医療用具修理業責任技術者基礎講習　取得者
• 医療用具修理業責任技術者専門講習　第四区分：人工臓器関連　取得者
• 医療機器の品質業務運営・安全管理に関する知識
• SAP/SFDC経験者
