About You and This Role

We have an exciting opportunity for a Treasury Manager located in Houston, TX! In this role, you will lead the Treasury functions of the Diamond Infrastructure company under the direction of the CFO.  You will apply in-depth knowledge to drive financial performance, execute and develop treasury strategies to achieve business objectives, and to ensure compliance and risk management.  

This role will require specialized, in-depth knowledge and advanced expertise in your discipline or functional area. You will need to analyze and identify internal and external business challenges and recommend best practices to improve products, processes, or services. You should be able to communicate difficult concepts to others and persuade others to adopt a different point of view.

It is your responsibility to be able to use sophisticated analytical thought and judgement to identify innovative solutions. You will need to be able to lead others to solve complex problems and potentially lead functional teams or projects with moderate resource requirements, risk, and/or complexity. Your performance impacts business direction through the development of new products or services.

Responsibilities

• Manage cash forecasting, cash flow monitoring and liquidity.
• Manage working capital including any short-term working capital investments and letters of credits.
• Manage and maintain related bank relationships.
• Apply specialized depth and breadth of expertise to support treasury related activities that include risk analysis, liquidity and asset management.
• Lead Treasury to solve complex problems using sophisticated analytical thought to create innovative solutions.
• Track and analyze Treasury Budget and ensure CFO has visibility to take any required intervention.
• Comply with LLCA covenant compliance requirement including dividend distribution and reporting.
• Support adhoc project through financial modeling.

Required Qualifications

• A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree (Finance or Accounting preferred) or relevant military experience at or above a U.S. E6 or Canadian Petty Officer 2nd Class or Sergeant ranking.
• A minimum of 7 years of relevant working experience.
• A minimum requirement for this U.S. based position is the ability to work legally in the United States.  No visa sponsorship/support is available for this position, including for any type of U.S. permanent residency (green card) process.

Preferred Qualifications

• CPA/CFA preferred.
• Extensive experience in treasury and finance management roles.

Your Skills

• Proven track record in strategic financial planning, risk management, and compliance.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with investment strategies and risk mitigation techniques.
• Knowledge of audit processes and financial reporting standards.
