We are looking for a driven and creative Field Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will have the unique opportunity to shape the success of your territory through grit, creativity, and a hands-on approach. Day in the Life: 

  • Develop and implement strategic account plans to penetrate target accounts 
  • Utilize outbound selling strategies to identify and engage with potential customers
  • Conduct discovery calls with prospects to uncover the initiatives where Workstream can make an impact on their business
  • Develop relationships with stakeholders at key restaurant groups and identifying key groups across new verticals
  • Delivering compelling product demonstrations to potential users, decision-makers, and other stakeholders
  • Find new ways to engage potential customers and win their business using all available resources (ie - SDRs, CSMs, Outreach, Marketing, Partnerships, Product)
  • Keep track of client activity, notes, and next steps clearly in Salesforce

Who You Are:

  • 1-2 years of sales experience 
  • 6 Month Contract w/ availability to work 2-3 days in the field 
  • Someone who shares our value of “Humble and Hungry” and has an Entrepreneurial mindset
