In the context of a business process transformation, the Project Manager will play a key role in supporting project leads and ensuring the successful execution of various initiatives within our ERP/SAP transformation program. The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills and a keen ability to monitor project performance, budgets, and schedules to drive operational efficiency.

• Salary range 006: 95 900$ to 119 900$ (Salary will be determined based on skills, education, training & experience related to the position).

What’s involved in this role  :

• Assist project leads in preparing and delivering key project management deliverables;

• Implement a system to monitor and control project costs, schedules, and resources;

• Develop Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) and create an integrated project plan.

• Track project activities, milestones, and progress while providing regular status reports;

• Oversee and monitor the time and effort invested by project resources;

• Document and manage change requests, ensuring proper governance and alignment with project objectives;

• Analyze project performance, identifying variances between planned and actual activities;

• Monitor costs and budgets, identify risks, and recommend corrective actions when needed;

• Maintain and update project dashboards, ensuring data accuracy and visibility;

• Identify capacity constraints, escalate issues, and propose solutions to mitigate risks.

What you need to join our team: 

• Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, or a related field.

• 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in ERP/SAP transformation projects.

• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid).

• Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, JIRA, or similar).

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.

• Bilingualism (English & French) is an asset.
