Job Summary

The Chief of Staff will work closely with the SVP, Enterprise Analytics and Revenue Management to drive high-impact strategic initiatives and optimize operational efficiencies and performance. This position involves strategic planning, cross-departmental coordination, and process optimization to support the firm’s objectives and enhance operational performance. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage complex projects and initiatives.

Key responsibilities include supporting strategic planning to drive efficient operations, organizing tasks and driving department involved projects to completion, leading departmental communications. This role will foster collaboration, ensuring clear communication of business goals and timely achievement of strategic objectives.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • Direct and manage high-priority initiatives, collaborating with senior leadership to ensure alignment with organizational goals and long-term strategy.
  • Lead and oversee the execution of high-impact, cross-functional projects, ensuring clear communication and seamless collaboration across departments.
  • Act as a key liaison between Enterprise Analytics and other senior stakeholders, streamlining operations, resolving critical issues, and fostering agility across the organization.
  • Oversee departmental communication strategies to keep stakeholders informed on key updates and strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with overall company objectives.
  • Provide strategic insights through data analysis, performance tracking, and business model assessments, guiding executive decision-making.
  • Prepare board decks and executive presentations that clearly communicate progress and align with business objectives.

Education and/or Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field (advanced degree or professional certification preferred).
  • 8-10+ years of experience in strategic leadership roles, including decision-making, business analytics, or finance, with demonstrated success in driving organizational impact.
  • Experience working closely with C-suite executives and leading complex, high-impact projects.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication abilities, both verbal and written.

Skills/Specialized Knowledge

  • Exceptional leadership and influence skills, with a proven ability to build relationships and drive collaboration at all levels.
  • Demonstrated strategic thinking, with a proven ability to deliver actionable insights from complex data.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in project management, with a track record of successfully leading projects from inception to completion.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and familiarity with project management tools such as Asana or Monday.com.
  • Knowledge of the Single-Family Residential sector preferred.

Salary Range

$98,775.00 - $171,210.00
