What to expect?

To support our growth in Sweden we are currently looking for a Client Partner  in Sweden who will take ownership to drive and develop our local clients and in time as well as for our local business overall.

The Responsibilities include:

  • Accountable for end-to-end client experience, leading an extended strategic account team
  • Accountable for the account P&L and profitable revenue growth.
  • Build and execute a growth-focused account strategic plan (ASP) for strategic accounts aligned to client business and strategy, both long and short term.
  • Responsible for identifying leads and pipeline generation, including accurate forecasting and reporting.
  • Bring in customer knowledge to ensure the Sales understand client strategic direction and offering value proposition is matched to client strategic direction.
  • Lead, coordinate and manage long-term C-suite and business relationships.
  • Lead client to leverage innovative technologies and business services from DXC.
  • Constantly scan DXC’s offering portfolio to identify new services that potentially can be delivered to the client.
  • Leverage DXC partners and portfolio to drive market leadership position, generate leads up the Technology Stack and create value for clients.
  • Gather the winning team to run the account and for each specific deal that is pursued.
  • Motivate and drive the team to success with “can do” spirit.
  • Create a culture of trust and an environment that enables high performing team.

Education and Experience Required:

  • 8+ years of related sales experience
  • Directly related previous work experience.
  • Experience working in a matrixed environment.
  • Fluent Swedish and English.

Knowledge and Skills:

  • General Management skills.
  • Financial Acumen Knowledge of IT Industry, including trends and competitors.
  • Team leader & Coach skills.
  • Strong communication skills.
