We’re looking for a Senior Alliance and Partnership Manager who expects more from their career. You will play a critical role in identifying, executing, and orchestrating strategic partnerships that drive innovation and growth for dunnhumby.

 

What you’ll be working on

  • Conduct market research and source potential strategic partnership opportunities aligned to organisational goals such as sourcing new data, co-innovation, and go-to-market enhancement
  • Lead cross-functional diligence teams to establish appropriate partner evaluation criteria, validate partner fit, and receive necessary internal approvals
  • Create and negotiate partnership proposals and agreements aligned to achieve mutual benefits
  • Lead partnership thesis development, including strategic fit assessment, initial opportunity sizing, and business plan formulation
  • Orchestrate and engage key stakeholders and senior management to gain support for partnerships, ensure appropriate resourcing, and provide progress updates
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with new and existing partners, as well as key internal stakeholders
  • Lead and facilitate formal partnership governance, key performance metrics reporting, and partnership plan updates

 

What we expect from you

  • Experience in partnerships, alliances, corporate development, business development, strategy, management consulting, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of identifying and executing successful partnerships, ideally diversified between proposition co-innovation, data licensing, and go-to-market relationships.
  • Cross-functional stakeholder and project management experience.
  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in business, management, economics, data science, technology, or a related field (desirable)
  • Domain expertise in retail technology, data & analytics, information services, and/or artificial intelligence (desirable)
