How you’ll make an impact
1. You will be responsible for the market and sales support work of cable accessory and HV switchgear products in renewable and industry market, make market strategy for responsible area or account and do promotion accordingly and achieve sales budget.
2. You will manage the existing cable accessory distributor channels, provide services and support, and enhance customer satisfaction.
3. You will understand and analyze market information, identify potential markets, and develop new channels in accordance with the company's strategies.
4. You will attend direct tender with preparing bidding documents, commercial communication, contract signing and so on Other sales related responsibilities.
5. You will be responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.
6. Living Hitachi Energy’s core values of safety and integrity, which means taking responsibility for your own actions while caring for your colleagues and the business.
Your background
1. You hold a bachelor’s degree or above with Insulation, High voltage, Power Electrical Engineering background.
2. Required with 2+ working experience in Sales, Sales Support, Technical Support or After-Sales position.
3. Experience of channel management in advance.
4. Excellent computer software skills such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint, and capable of using AI tools to support daily work.
5. Have good English language proficiency.
6. Good team spirit, willingness to accept challenges, good stress resistance, good communication, ability of effectively negotiate and handling customer relationships.
7. Experience of international brands cable accessory selling in advance.
