Summary: As an Application Developer, you will design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. You will be responsible for ensuring that the applications are developed and implemented effectively to support the organization's needs and goals. Your typical day will involve collaborating with the team, analyzing business requirements, designing application solutions, and configuring the applications to meet the specified requirements. You will also be involved in testing, debugging, and troubleshooting applications to ensure their functionality and performance. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Design and develop applications based on business process and application requirements. - Configure applications to meet the specified requirements. - Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective implementation of applications. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR. - Strong understanding of software development principles and methodologies. - Experience in designing and developing applications using Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR. - Knowledge of Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR modules and their functionalities. - Experience in configuring and customizing Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR applications. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Oracle Fusion Middleware. - Experience with Oracle Database and SQL. - Knowledge of web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
