The role

** This is a 6 months, full time contract **

You will…

  • Manage the HR inbox as the first point of contact for all queries
  • Ensure all employment changes are accurately entered into the HR system including carrying out a data review on a regular basis
  • Contribute to the execution of the People & Culture plan by supporting the implementation of HR initiatives across Youfoodz
  • Support all HR sub-functions, including but not limited to recruitment, performance management, employee and leadership development, reward and recognition and culture and engagement
  • Work closely with Payroll, Workforce Planning and Workplace Health and Safety teams on labour initiatives, process improvements, Award compliance and employee matters
  • Support HR projects and system implementations
  • General HR administration support including the preparation of relevant reporting
  • Any other duties as reasonably required or directed

You have…

Qualifications

Essential:

  • Undergraduate degree in Human Resources, Psychology or Business

Desirable

  • Professional membership (MAHRI)

Experience

Essential:

  • At least 2 years’ experience in a generalist human resources role
  • Experience within FMCG/manufacturing industries highly desirable
  • Experience in supporting all human resources sub-functions, including but not limited to recruitment, learning and development, ER/IR, workplace health & safety, reward and recognition, culture and engagement and performance management

Desirable:

  • Experience using a HRIS software

Start Date: Immediately available - Can wait a notice period

Duration: 6 months contract. You must have the right to work full-time in Australia for 6 months.
