Join Our Team as a Marketing Manager!
We are seeking an experienced marketing professional with strong campaign delivery experience across digital, social, thought leadership and events, ideally within risk & compliance, software, RegTech or professional services environments.
About the Role
As Marketing Manager, you will drive the execution of go-to-market tactics that maximise response rates and ROI for Regulatory Compliance across Australia, focusing on key industry segments.
This is a Sydney-based hybrid role, with an expectation of approximately two days per week in the office (including Thursdays). Some travel may be required for conferences and events.
Responsibilities
Create and deploy industry-focused marketing plans to establish brand awareness and meet financial targets
Deliver thought leadership and industry-focused launch campaigns supported by digital and social media
Manage industry-specific content calendars and marketing assets
Execute external industry events and association partnerships to generate leads and awareness
Support customer insight initiatives to inform acquisition, retention and product investment decisions
Develop sales enablement collateral and tools
Measure campaign performance, complete post-campaign reviews and report on metrics
Support budget planning and cost management
Success Criteria
Successful delivery of integrated marketing programs that build pipeline and awareness across targeted industry segments, supported by clear reporting and ROI-focused budget management.
Requirements
Approximately 5+ years marketing experience with strong campaign execution skills
Experience in risk & compliance, software, RegTech or professional services environments preferred
Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and familiarity with marketing automation tools
