We’re looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist to manage and optimize paid social media campaigns on Meta Ads Manager (Facebook/Instagram) and TikTok Ads. You will focus on driving quality traffic, increasing conversions, and maximizing return on ad spend (ROAS). Using your expertise in campaign management, audience targeting, and performance analysis, you’ll improve ad results and support marketing goals.

You’ll work closely with the creative, product, and analytics teams to develop strategies and share insights. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication in a fast-paced, remote environment.

Key Responsibilities:
 
1. Ads Management & Optimization
    • Create, launch, and optimize ads across Meta Ads Manager and TikTok Ads to drive high-quality traffic and conversions.
    • Build and refine audience segments using first-party data, lookalike audiences, interest-based targeting, and remarketing strategies.
    • Set up, manage, and optimize campaigns based on ROAS goals, continuously improving ad performance to maximize return on ad spend.
    • Monitor, analyze, and adjust campaigns daily to ensure consistent performance, with a focus on KPIs like CTR, CPC, ROAS, and CPA.
    • Conduct A/B testing of ad creatives, copy, and audience segments to identify top-performing assets.
    • Track and implement conversion events (e.g., purchases, add to carts, lead forms) using pixel, SDK, or other tracking solutions to ensure accurate measurement and reporting.
    • Ensure proper setup and maintenance of Meta Pixel and TikTok Pixel for event tracking and data collection.
    • Develop and provide detailed performance reports on ad campaigns for internal stakeholders, ensuring transparency and actionable insights.

2. Collaboration & Communication

  • Collaborate with the creative team to generate engaging ad creatives, ensuring alignment with campaign goals.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams (e.g., product, sales, data analytics) to understand customer journeys and refine ad strategies.
  • Maintain excellent communication within the team and with stakeholders, using tools like Slack, project management software, and email.
  • Stay aligned with the marketing team to integrate digital ad strategies with broader marketing goals.
 
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in performance marketing with a focus on paid social (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.).
  • Deep expertise in Facebook Ads Manager and TikTok Ads platforms, with hands-on experience in managing campaigns end-to-end.
  • Experience in audience segmentation, creative testing, and optimization for paid social channels.
  • Advanced knowledge of ROAS-based ad strategies and the ability to optimize campaigns based on specific ROI goals.
  • Strong experience with event tracking (Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel, Google Tag Manager) and data analytics for campaign measurement.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) in English, with the ability to present data-driven insights to stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented, able to work independently and problem-solve effectively in a fast-paced, remote work environment.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in tools like Excel, Google Analytics, and Meta Business Suite.
  • Knowledge of e-commerce marketing strategies and best practices is a plus.
