FLIP is seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Performance Marketing Specialist to join our team in the Philippines. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing our digital advertising campaigns, with a focus on Facebook Ads Manager and TikTok Ads.

 

Responsibilities:

Campaign Management:

    • Launch and manage advertising campaigns across Facebook Ads Manager and TikTok Ads platforms
    • Oversee all creative assets for campaigns on both platforms
    • Optimize campaign performance to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) and return on ad spend (ROAS) goals
    • Monitor and analyze campaign metrics, making data-driven decisions to improve performance
    • Stay updated on platform changes and best practices for Facebook and TikTok advertising

Creative Asset Management:

    • Collaborate with the creative team to ensure all ad creatives align with brand guidelines and campaign objectives
    • Manage the creative asset library, ensuring all assets are properly organized and easily accessible
    • Provide feedback on creative performance to inform future asset development

Reporting and Analysis:

    • Create regular performance reports for stakeholders, highlighting key metrics and insights
    • Conduct A/B testing to optimize ad performance and identify winning strategies
    • Analyze competitor activities and industry trends to inform campaign strategies

Communication:

    • Maintain excellent communication with team members and stakeholders across different time zones
    • Provide clear and concise updates on campaign performance and strategy recommendations
    • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on paid social media advertising
  • Proven experience managing successful campaigns on Facebook Ads Manager and TikTok Ads
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Required Skills:

  • Advanced proficiency in Facebook Ads Manager and TikTok Ads platforms
  • Experience with other digital marketing tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Hootsuite)
  • Knowledge of e-commerce marketing strategies and best practices
  • Familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) is a plus
  • Understanding of social media trends and consumer behavior
