Position Summary...
What you'll do...
The Manager, Project Support Engineer will provide advanced technical support and verification of proper integration and programming of an Enterprise access control system. You will serve as the primary point of contact for directing and resolving escalations involving access control, collaborate with cross-functional teams on various projects and support-related issues, engineer technical solutions to address business challenges and problems, design and maintain Enterprise-level SQL database reporting solutions, and ensure the implementation of security best practices.
What you’ll do:
Integrate access control platform with new campus-related technology and APIs.
Create and maintain standardized installation guidelines and best practice documentation for cross-corporate systems.
Adapt existing hardware to meet business security needs.
Provide expert advice and guidance to others in the application of information and best practices.
Support the implementation of business solutions by building relationships and partnerships with key stakeholders, identifying business needs, and adapting to organizational changes.

The annual salary range for this position is $70,000.00-$130,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
