🔍 What You’ll Do

As a Business Intelligence Analyst, you will lead and support projects that enhance operational efficiency, optimize production processes, and enable data-driven decision-making. Your responsibilities will include:

Project & Process Leadership

• Lead medium to complex projects across production and business functions
• Manage project teams, timelines, budgets, and stakeholder communications
• Support process optimization, equipment development, and validation initiatives

Business Intelligence Development

• Design and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI and SAP Business Objects
• Collaborate with IT and data architects to ensure robust data models
• Support the development of BI power users and foster a data-driven culture

Change Management & Optimization

• Map and streamline cross-functional processes
• Promote standardization and consistent reporting
• Deliver change management, training, and communication plans

🎓 What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Chemistry, Engineering, IT, Process Technology)
• 5+ years of experience in IT, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related business roles
• 3+ years of project management experience
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience with Power BI, SAP HANA, and Business Objects
• Knowledge of GMP, validation, and regulatory requirements
• Fluent in English; Norwegian proficiency is a plus

🌟 Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in medical device manufacturing
• Power BI certification
• Six Sigma or Lean certification
• Experience with MS Project or ProChain
• Familiarity with GAMP and Design Control
