ROLE

We are launching the Graduate Program for becoming a Junior Statistical Programmer!

The Statistical Programmer will support statistical programming activities conducted on client clinical projects, producing high quality deliverables to agreed timelines, while following relevant standard operating procedures. 

The Graduate Program consists in a first period dedicated to trainings, classes and a full immersions into all the activities concerning the Statistical Programming Department, but also to the Life Science and Clinical Trial world. After these first months, if eligible after the consideration of the Line Manager, a fixed term or permanent contract will be offered.

This position is based in Bologna.

KEY RESPONSABILITIES

After the Graduate Program conclusion, your key responsabilities will be:

  • Act as support statistical programmer on clinical projects.

  • Specify, program and validate CDISC SDTM and ADaM datasets.

  • Specify, program and validate the statistical analysis results including analysis datasets, tables, listings and figures.

  • Produce and review CDISC documentation.

  • Ensure compliance to SOPs.

  • Communicate effectively with the internal project team.

  • Participate to internal initiatives to improve department processes.

  • Report issues to Project Manager/Associate Director in an appropriate timeframe.

  • Conduct other statistical programming related activities as required.

DESIRED QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE

You can apply to the Graduate Program if you have:

  • MSc or equivalent with experience, in Statistics, Computer Science, or Mathematics  

  • Basic SAS programming skills 

  • Good English communication  

  • Good knowledge of MS Office Suite

  • Willingness to apply your Staistical knowledge to the Life Science and Healthcare world
