We’re looking for a Territory Manager to join our Sage Division, specialising in Infection Prevention and Pressure Injury Prevention. You’ll champion cutting-edge solutions that reduce healthcare-associated infections and improve patient outcomes—empowering providers to deliver the highest standard of care.

This is a Victoria based role that will also cover Tasmania with a short trip approximately every 2 months.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategic territory sales plan to exceed targets
• Build strong relationships with Nurse-Unit Managers, infection preventionists, nurses, and healthcare professionals
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution and customer satisfaction
• Deliver product demos, educational sessions, and training programs
• Provide exceptional customer service and post-sale support

Minimum Requirements

• Proven success in sales with a track record of exceeding targets (3+ years)
• Exceptional communication skills to engage and inspire diverse audiences
• Strategic mindset with strong business acumen and market analysis skills
• Knowledge of hospitals and selling in the healthcare setting (preferred)
• Bachelor's degree in health, business or related field (preferred)
