 We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic person to drive Continuous Improvement agenda in organization. This critical role is responsible for performing tasks and activities that support our continuous improvement (CI) processes and Excellence culture as well as maintaining CI systems/tools. You help with data and best practices collection ensure its accuracy, promote CI progress and keep track of the department KPI scorecards. 

How you will contribute

  • FG international transportation (Road and Intermodal) 

  • CHEP pallets management (CPM) 

  • Customs In: 

 Extended Europe and Turkey  

Complex network of 60+ factories, co-manufacturers and copackers 

30+ distribution centers in 27 countries 

 

Responsibilities:

 Operational Excellence:

  • Establish and maintain work standards and processes to sustain continuous improvement, transparency and high-performance/excellence culture. 

  • Participate, support and coach team in Kaizen events, help coordinate activities, conduct/support training, make/support improvements using CI and IL6S tools  

  • Maintain and engage team into ZERO loss journey  

  • Support goals of the Integrated Supply Chain by delivering Cost reductions and building a strong productivity pipeline,  

  • Help with data and best practices collection ensure its accuracy, promote CI progress and keep tracking the department KPI scorecards. 

 

Team Leadership/engagement:

  • Coordinates teams in E2E losses identification collect and analyze all information/drivers influencing on losses. 

  • Helps teams collect data or extract it from the systems to support CI activities and Projects  

  • Facilitate root-cause analysis to address identified losses and departmental KPI scorecard gaps 

 

 Performance Monitoring & Improvement:

  • Ensure effective communication and collaboration with teams involved in transportation, customs and CHEP flow process incl. Plant and DC teams at shipping / destination points as well as internal and internal process stakeholders external   

  • Maintain and support on-going initiatives and initiate new projects related to focused areas (in Transport, CPM and Customs) 

  • Control cost, schedule and status of the projects. 

  • Responsible for leading cross-functional team for successful project execution. 

  • Ongoing searching for opportunities in processes and sharing/discussing with teams. 

 

Compliance & Safety:

  • Ensure compliance with all relevant transportation regulations and safety standards. 

  • Implement and enforce safety protocols to minimize risks and prevent accidents. 

 

Technology & Innovation:

  • Maintains systems/tools and performing tasks and activities that support our continuous improvement (CI) processes and culture  

  • Developing solutions and optimizing systems to ensure standardized (according to Mondelez and Industry-standards), efficient and stable procedures, operations and systems (incl. VFR, ORTEC. RTTV, etc. implementation). 

  •  Identify and evaluate new technologies and solutions to improve performance. 

 

 Reporting & Communication:

  • Prepare and present regular reports related to productivity agenda (projects, pipelines, best practices and performance) to team and management. 

  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders on CI topics. 

What you will bring

 Minimum 4 years of experience Logistics within a 3PL or FMCG transport departments, WH or Plan Logistics.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills. 

  • Proven Project Management skills 

  • Knowledge of DC and Plant processes, standards and plant buffer WoW 

  • English (business level). 

 

Location:

Slovakia, Hungary, Czech, Poland (20% of working time in Bratislava).

 

Travel:

5% of the time within Europe

You will report to CI Manager and be part of the leadership LCC.
