Digital Shelf Syndication Specialist - Americas

The impact you will make in this role

As a project manager, this person will be accountable to the End2End Syndication Process:  

• Collect business & channel partners content requirements. 
• Monitor channel product content health and coverage, identify data gaps. 
• Identify the relevant syndication solution to provide large amounts of item-level product data between 3M and their channel partners and other customers using 3M/vendor systems (Salsify, Hybris, Adobe Assets, iICE, HAMR etc.), Microsoft Excel, retailer portals and third-party data pools. 
• Ensure that the Syndicated data has been successfully updated in 3M Customer/Channel Partners portals and escalate technical or content issues and report on Channel performance (content coverage, performance, etc.).  

They will also be responsible for working to streamline the syndication process. The successful candidate will leverage Project Management, operational data management and customer engagement skills to enhance our e-commerce results with customers and accounts. 

Your Skills and Expertise 

To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M is looking for candidates who must have the following qualifications: 

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Marketing, Business, Computer Sciences or related field (completed and verified prior to start)
• Relevant working experience in Digital Marketing, eCommerce, Product Information Management, Syndication, or equivalent.
• English level:Advanced
• Intermediate Excel knowledge

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include: 

• Fluent in Spanish
• Knowledge about and experience with industry syndication standards like GS1
• Ability to describe/collect complex data requirements in front of customers and articulate them in an easy-to-understand manner 
• Project management skills
• Customer management experiences 
• A strong customer service ethic for internal and external customers 
• Beneficial are working experiences with IT systems such as SAP, Salsify, SAP BI4, GEDW, HAMR, Hybris and Celum 
• Affinity to work in-depth with data and data structures 
• Very strong analytical and structured outside-in thinking
